[REJECTED] [Profession] Engineering: Number of created Gearspring parts are not scaled with skill

Bug description: As the spell description says, there should be more parts created with a higher engineering skill. As u can see in the sreenshot I have skill 800, but still only get 4 parts. On other professions on my toons (e.g. tailoring) the upscaling works
