Bug description: Cant use in m+ or any mythic dungeon, in patch 7.2 can be used in m+ proof in the blizzard patch notes 7.2 easy to test.

I did try all kinds of stuff, at the end Item just dies and does nothing, doesnt matter if im in group or not, with ppl or not.
