[REJECTED] The PNJ Tyrande Whisperwind don't give me the quest : Heart of the Nightmare

Bug description: I have completed the quest Regroup at the Refuge (ID = 43576), I can see it with the macro : /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(43576)) but now, the PNJ Tyrande Whisperwind don't give me the next one who is Heart of the Nightmare (ID = 38675). And as you can see in proof, I didn't have done Heart of the Nightmare

I tried to disable my addon and deleted my cache folder but this didn't solve the problem.
