Details: (optional) Two weeks in a row I received a cloak from the mythic treasure chest in my class hall. I had no issues with the cloak(s) while playing the game the rest of the time until I logged off. However, when I logged back on, on both occasions, there were gone. I was at item level 919 with the first cloak and 918 with the second one. I am at 916 now and we all know that you only get invites to groups based on your item level. I tried using the item recovery tool but it said nothing to recover. I tried deleting my Cache file, but still nothing. I am looking to see if you can return these items to my character.
