Can't Create Another Character

I created a hunter and hes a level 72 but now i cant create anymore characters at all and the hunter is my only character. Is there anyone that can help me please and thank you.

Why are you not able to create another character? What error message are you getting?

Hey thank you for getting back to me and sorry for the late reply but i finally got it to work and was able to create a new character but thank you so much for getting to me so quickly
