game keeps kicking out after a minute

hello,
iv'e been able to play the game 3 days ago without any problems atall,
then when i tried to log into the game the next day the game keeps on kicking me and says " you're not using the games launcher" but i do use it if i wouldnt then how i could play the day before?,
iv'e tried many types of fixes that are suggested on this fourm noon of them works for me sadly, ideleted x64 files, changed folder setting into "not read only" restarted my router and so on,
is there any other option that i can do? i seriously cant understand why one day the game worked perfectly fine and the next day it doesnt,

Hello eliran666,

If it worked before, but doesn't anymore, then it's most likely related to Tasks of the launcher still running in the background. Open the Task Manager, check for any running launcher_freakz or WoW.exe processes and close them.

hello dear sarah,
its working now, but iv'e done somthing abit diffrent in order for it to work, iv'e enterd first wow.exe then i did ctrl alt delete to check if i got in the tasks the wow.exe and it showed me that twice,then id close them from the task manager and enter via launcher and only after doing that im able to play,
if ill try enter firstly via the launcher it wont work i got to enter first wow.exe close it from task manager and only then ill be able to play from the launcher
its weird, but hey it works
