[REJECTED] Quest [Kvaldir on Call] - One of the portals doesn't interract with the quest at all

Bug description: So, for the first part, you go blow the horn next to that ship, I waited for the "story" to finish, with the guys coming out of water and everything. Then I went to the first two portals, which are pretty close to each other. One in a cave and one just outside, everything worked fine. But then, when I go to the third one, the one you see in the screenshot, it just doesn't seem to work. The tentacle button which appeared on my screen for the other two doesn't pop for this one, ran around it over and over again. Also, there was another warrior that I found there. Seemed to have the same issue. I made a ticket, did what the GM asked me to do. Disable my addons, exit the game, delete cache, etc. I did it twice, even abandoned and took the quets again once, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Came back to it today and it worked, probably was fixed by a server restart or something.
