Streaming error

When I try to log in my characters lvl 110 into the game it kicks me out and appears the message Streaming error. But I can log in my lvl 89 but after a couple of minutes the game kicks me out and the error is Wow 51900323.

I have the full game from last patch. I downloaded the new launcher and I unzipped it on my wow folder

Hello kyodoke31,

This error indicates that your data files for the specific location where you're getting the error is corrupt or incomplete, this is likely due to you originally using the old patch, you probably didn't download everything yet.

However, since Blizzard has removed data older than patch 8.0 from their CDN a few months ago, it's no longer possible to obtain these files while playing.
