Loot bug in Zul Aman / Zul Gurub

Bug description: Loot is not guaranteed as it should in legacy dungeons, some bosses dont even drop loot. Example in Zul aman and Zul Gurub.
Main problem, bosses sometimes dont drop any loot AT ALL.
Proof: If soloing a cata dungeon for example ZA/ZG, loot sometimes, or repeatedly will not drop. There should be at least 1 guaranteed lootable item piece as in retail.

Please note that this bug may occur in several of the cata dungeons or other expansions, (I have not tested).

This bugreport is mainly for "Zanzil" in Zul Gurub Since, when killed, lockout doesnt trigger in calendar or in "Raid Info". I'm thinking that it might be a problem with the boss implemented/scripted.
It is almost like the loot table for the boss does not exist, or that the boss does not exist.
