Can't leave queue after finished dungeon

Me and my friends need to relog everytimes we have finished single dungeon run to join another because we can't leave queuing from dungeon finder. Do we somethings wrong ?

We always use "Teleport out of dungeon" after killed final boss of a dungeon and then we cannot join another without relog. Is this normal ?

Another question I would like to know is how do we find another player when one of party member was leaved inside dungeon ?

Hello. Unfortunately, after finishing a group finder run, you must relog if you haven't delisted your group beforehand, this is currently being looked at. As for leaving players during a run, in order to find another one, you must re-que with your group as if you've created a new group.
