Bug description: Survival Hunters Flare doesnt work on stealthed targets - rogue is in stealth 10yd front of me I will use flare and he wont be shown until he quit stealth by leaving / canceling stealth

Proof: Before the Flare rog like 10yd front of me in the flare before he shows = https://imgur.com/a/QnDUM65
