[FIXED] [Monk][Brewmaster] Gift of the Ox heal on expire

Bug description: When the orbs despawn on their own, they do not heal the monk. They should, because that's how the orbs work.

Check stacks of Expel Harm and health bar at the mentioned time stamps.

I never thought this was a bug but can confirm that here every orb lasts for 30s, after that it dissapears and can't be used nor walking over it or with expell harm

It states: "Now that we’re in Battle for Azeroth, how does Gift of the Ox work? Well, until BfA, there were two main rules: 1.......... and 2: If not removed by moving through them or casting Expel Harm, they will be consumed automatically 30 seconds after being created."

it means that by the time the article was written they were already in BFA (Oct 6, 2018) and second, it means that before and until then, it was the rule that if not taken they will be automatically consumed.
