Bug description: this passive work fine but part of vanish and between the eye dosnt work and remember when u used bte must reduce self cd like last bug i reported about true bearing and bte.
Proof: i cant proof with pic

Confirmed, Restless Blades don't work with Vanish and Between the Eyes
