[REJECTED] gear item accidentally switched and sold as scrap

Today I noticed that a gear item is missing because the colour was different than all the other gear items which are purple and this one (ilvl 855) is green provided from a daily quest.
I do not remember the name of my back item which I think that I lost it by accidentally switch it with this 855 ilvl one from a daily quest existing in my bag in the moment that I intended to sell scrap from bags. Perhaps it was happened in the last few days (1 or 2).
Current back item is 855 ilvl and the one that I hope to recover it was higher ilvl (880 or more). I realy do not remember ilvl of each of the items but I know for sure this character total ilvl which was higher, over 890 and now is under.
Some time ago it was a tag on website where you were able to see your character logs (the first 50's if I remember well) and the items received and deleted/sold/etc.
I remember that a few years ago, on MoP, helped me and recovered an item for me in a similar situation. Is it still possible to recover it on Legion? The link for recover iteme sterse is not working "today". Or anymore?
