[REJECTED] Can't turn in Attack on the Tower at Refuge Pointe Arathi Highlands

Bug description:
I am supposed to return to Skuerto at Refuge Pointe in Arathi Highlands.
Proof: I've completed this quest by obtaining all 3 items. They are in my back pack. When I click on the quest all 3 quest items Trelan's Phylactery, Orb and Ember Agate all say complete in brackets. When I try to click on complete quest to get my promised reward from Skuerto (Craig's Steel)-- nothing happens.
