Bug description: If the owner of a mythic key gets disconnected in the mythic instance they enter the same instance but in a M0 version phased from the group.
Proof: Just try it

Also, in M+, if player gets disconnected while in a party (not raid group), the player gets kicked out of the party and instance, after logging back in.

This is intentional to stop a few exploits, when the fix for these exploits is found it will be undone.
