Bug description: This item should give 900 ilvl Tomb of Sargeras items, instead, it give 890 ilvl items
Proof: So i got https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=47119&&name=free-the-tormented quest from an order hall mission item, when i completed it, it gave me this box and the item inside is warforged 895 ilvl

Rejected, this cache will give different item level items depending on the difficulty, class hall missions will give items with a minimum of 890 while the weekly reward version will give 900+ ilvl items
