nah u prob just killed it to fast if u kil him before all the encounters u can't loot him example my lock friend insta killed him wbefore even the mnions he had started as his pet killed the boss from his aoe lol , but to be safe u need t o kill all bosses before then w8 and u need to let the scrip play he does his speech then send out his soldiers 1 by one kill the weapons and then he ress his elite soliders kill then then u can kill boss , yho notice that pet can often interfere with the bosses scripts u had just bad luck

hes not bugged, don't one shot him, wait till he go to all his phases before kill him

Oneshotting bosses is generally a bad idea, so tag them first and then kill after that.
