When I Download The Full Game From Torrent Link That Given In The Download Page And When Download Is Complete I Start The 64 Bit Lancher But It Keeps Giving Me Error#134!
Please Tell Me The Solution Of This As Fast As You Can Please!

That message means that something went wrong with your download, you're missing game files (or they're unreadable to the game due to lack of permissions or the files being blocked by your anti virus or firewall).

Try to right click the torrent to perform a force re-check of files (wording may differ depending on what torrent client you're using).

Yes, that's yet another clue that you're missing game files.

The game is trying to download them, but this is no longer possible due to Blizzard removing these files from the CDN (Content Delivery Network - Download servers)

Re-check files in torrent, you're missing things.

Data transfers don't always go flawlessly, besides, the game needs to create some files too, which can be individual depending on the user.

In the end, the conclusion stays the same. Missing files, re-check torrent or redownload.

If the game is running in the task manager but not showing up, then yes, you are missing files. (Or they are not accessible to the game due to being in use by another application, i.e. the Torrent client or due to invalid permissions, could also be file corruption but that's quite unlikely)
