[REJECTED] Staff Of the Lightborn [Holy priest hidden artifact appearance ] [MISSING]

Bug description: Just a few minutes around before today's reset [29th Nov 2019] I looted Staff of the lightborn item by combining my Rod of the ascended and Crest of the lightborn. I used the item to unlock the hidden artifact appearance . Then after the reset happened and the server came back on , i checked to see if my appearance was there or not since i no longer had the appearance equipped on my character. I checked , the appearance was not unlocked . So i checked my bank , inventory and mailbox to see if the item was there and not used. It was not there. I also checked the recover lost items option on this character from the freakz site , there was no lost items that can be recovered. Is there a way to fix this , or get the item back?
