Bug description: I was in a duel with a friend to test our DPS and he noticed that I was using Siphon Life, asked me if I used my talent and told him No.
After I asked him if somehow he does not use spell-u and he explained to me that, to use the spell-u should have the talent. I realized it was an apparent bug and only I have that ' ' problem ' ' and apparently it's a bug that needs to be reported.

P.S.: Idk if has something to do that I made my char on 7,1,5 and started to play on it again On 7,2,5
