I can't complete the no man an island's quest

There is a bug in the final scenario of the Death Knight class campaign. The quest is The Fourth Horseman ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=43686&name=the-fourth-horseman ). In the final stage, when I have to raise Tirion Fordring as a Death Knight, the button doesn't appear. I've tried to do it 2 times. I've relogged, abandoned and retaken the quest, but nothing.

Bug in the final part of the Death Knight class hall quest "The Fourth Horseman". The requirement of the quest is refusing to complete itself as you can see in the image bellow. After the talking head of the lich king finishes talking i try to raise the final horseman, but he never completes the quest. The zone is [Acherus: The Ebon Hold] The Fourth Horseman. Bug in the Stage 5 of the "Serenity's End" Scenario, the monk's class hall mission. Chen Stormstout and the "children" refuse to move to end the Stage after you kill the infernal that spawns in the middle of the bridges. It's the third time that i try the scenario and got this bug twice in that place. My first try got bugged after killing Morvath the Reaver (Stage 4). The other two tries went well in that part, after killing Morvarth Chen moved and crossed the first bridge, but after killing Infernal Invader, Chen just stayed still so i can't complete the Scenario. it seems that i'm still in combat after killing the infernal, so maybe that's why Chen doesn't move maybe?.

Fourth try, i thought about getting killed by some mobs from the area to get out of combat and it worked, dont know how but i got to stage 6 instantly and i could complete the scenario. However, it was really frustrating all the experience.

Unfortunatly i have the same issue as described. Problem is that this blocking last slot of relic in weapon and also following quests from legion campaign.

Edit: I tried to delete cache, abadon and do it again like 4 times. Also recomended "relog" wasnt succesfull.

Just to throw in my 2 cents in for all of you who have the same issue - are developers have been notified and are actively working on fixing the issue. We'll do our best to make it possible for you guys to continue your quest lines asap.

i got a demon hunter and i start to lvling him about 2years ago.. i was away and now i get back and log on.. he was in dalaran .. i lvl u him to lvl 110 but my chain quest for demonhunter is not complited.. so i cant go too class hall and i dont have my artifact weapon... plz help and tell me what to do ..

Same thing happened to me. I dropped and repeated the quest to no luck. Logged out and in and no luck, either.
