Wrong buff from Leybeque Ribs

Bug description: The "well fed" buff from the leybeque ribs gives 399 agility instead of 300 critical strike. As soon as the buff is released after 10 seconds of eating, you get 300 crit. But when the total of 20 seconds of eating has expired (or is canceled before), the buff changes to 399 agility.
