Bug description: Quest is incompletable due to a yellow console not appearing after obtaining the Light's Judgement, most likely a phasing issue.

If there are multiple players doing that quest, there is a possibility for it to phase out.
Try to abandon and re-take the quest, even with previously relogging.

Also Quartermaster Aikras is required to be killed for this quest.
