Error lunching 7.2.5

Hey! i have a problem during the luch of the the 7.2.5 client. First it occured yesterday and i couldn't find a solution since.
Here is the error code i recieve when i lunch the game: https://imgur.com/a/rGCAI2z
I tried to untick the read only in the folder proterties but every time i do it reverses it.

Hello. Have you downloaded the whole client or only the launcher? Downloading while playing is not available anymore, so you will need to download the 7.2.5 client AND the launcher, and then extract the launcher inside the client folder.

i donwloaded the whole client via utorrent back in the end of august and playing with it since then, expect the last two days:D

Well the error that you receive is due to missing or broken files, which will require you to re-download the client again.
