Bug description: earlier i saw post about never surrender is bugged so i went searching info about ignore pain and i found those.

So Ignore pain cap equal 3 max rage IP(without never surrender ofc).

on this screenshot u will see my absorb 3.31m
tooltip says IP absorb 1.1m if we do math 1.1m*3= 3.30m but im absorbing 3.31 even WA shows me that my next IP will reduce my IP to 3.3m(WA used:https://wago.io/N1Ub3_ouZ/0.0.28) so its not a big deal right? okay now lets try to increase our HP sadly i don't HP trink so i used HP flask(wasted 4flasks so i make sure it does work).

Numbers changes, now im absorbing 3.46m i was 100k over cap now im 250k over.

conclusion: currently if u *** urself IP cap wont increase without more HP. IP cap shouldnt scale with HP as showed on those 2 guides and WA IP scale equal 3 times (or 6 if ur using never surrender) that mean and Dragon scale should increase IP cap too.

Interesting, lucky coincidence with your 3.31M absorb.
On live 7.2.5 they use the "Stamina*32" formula for your ignore pain cap, as suggested by this comment, which is in fact incorrect. As you can see in this picture I have 125.142 stamina, that times 32 = 4.004.544, pretty much as the wa is showing.

They did however change that on PTR to the formula you have suggested, "3x a single 60 rage use". https://imgur.com/a/DWpotuX
if we do the maths with versa in mind, 45.374*22.3*1.0102*3 = 3.066.483 ~ close to the actual 3067K.

This also confused me when making some bug reports, as this means cap is now changing with concordance procs, due to how versa changes cap.

All in all, you are correct it is wrong on 7.2.5, but was fixed on 7.3.5
