[Priest] [Discipline] Dmg bonus x artifact lvl vs Diminishing returns

Bug description:
Dmg bonus per artifact lvl (0,65% x point) should be less effective after 52nd point, the same of stamina reported in this fix
Is a minor bug beacuse doesn't affect the healing of disci, only the dps.
This bug should be tested for other healer also.

Proof:
I tested dmg and heal of Purge on retail log with formula used on freakz server.

These are the result of my calculations, on offy the healing is the same but the dmg is 8-9% lower.

The thing that affect only dmg is the dmg bonus x artifact level.
So i apply the quincksand formula for stamina, with only 2 traits free.
Ex. at level 75

Spoiler:

Before: 75*0.65 = 49% Dmg bonus
After: 0.65 * (52 + 2) + (0,65/5) * (75 - 52) = 35 + 3 = 38% Dmg bonus

The result of my calculation on purge with new diminishing return formula are the same of Retail

Confirmed, doing my own calculations i couldnt quite put my finger on what is wrong exactly, but the damage is too low anyway..
