Bug description: Executioner's Precision stacks do not apply to the other 2 targets cleaved by execute with sweeping strikes talent taken.

As you can see in the screenshoot,the execute doesnt not apply the stacks to nearby targets cleaved by execute.I have the sweeping strike aura which shows me in range targets of it.1 stack alone boosts ur next mortal strike by 75% dmg,2 are 150%,and mortal strikes cleaves aswell,lets not forget that.This lil thing hurts arms cleave,since u can cleave almost dying targets and stack executioners precision on the other ones still alive.It feels even worse on small cleave since there it would benefit us even more than or large pulls but even there its still a good buff to be aware of.
