[FIXED] [Hunter] [Survival] Hunting Companion still resets the cooldown timer of Mongoose Bite

Bug description: The same bug as in https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-7.3.5-Hunter-Survival-Hunting-Companion-resets-the-cooldown-timer-of-Mongoose-Bite-t571905.html
When hunting companion procs it still resets the cooldown of Mongoose bite, instead of giving a flat charge and retaining the remaining cooldown, it sets the cooldown back to (12-%haste) value. The only thing that was fixed in the original report was that it reset to the baseline value of the cooldown (12 seconds) rather than (12-%haste).
