As for your issue - Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe (32-bit) / https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe (64-bit) and see if that fixes the problem.

Its weird i try everything i can and still cant open the game by launcher
i dont have this problem with 7.2.5 launcher
