[FIXED] [Quest] Black Rook Hold: Greater Power

Bug description: Greater Demonic Runestone doesn't drop. I tried running the dungeon for 6-7 times and the item doesn't drop @ Lord Kur'talos Ravencrest.

Same problem, no matter how many times i do this dungeon, rune never drops even thou freakz's quest helper says it's 100% drop.

Same problem, already done 10+ times this dungeon and no luck

I can also confirm that the drop rate is not indeed 100% as I've killed the boss at least 5 times with no result
