Bug description: Sap Soul is currently not being removed after the "next ability" is used, as spell describes.. So basically we gain the 10 seconds cd on any abilities used while debuff is up for the entire 15seconds of its duration/until is dispelled
Proof: I guess for proof i could have taken a ss of all my bar ( warlock ) with all the spells on cooldown.. but its an easy check

I was unable to replicate the issue described. If you do continue to experience this issue, please remake the bug report, with adequate details as to how to replicate it (what class, what spells, etc).
