[REJECTED] [Stormheim] Steely Scales makes mob 100% invincible

Bug description: Skill is not removed after taking 3 hits (stack decreese from 3 to 2, but not bellow). Also that skill is cast all the time (specially if < 50%) and not interruptable, so the mob becomes invincible if you Don't have dispel.

Proof that the ability casts itself too often, sometimes even giving us no window to damage.

Oh and after a 10 min + fight, I managed to kill it...no loot.

Edit: I managed to rekill it a second time, got loot and the quest item. I did this as a BM hunter and had Intimidate and Stun at my disposal. Once I managed to stun it once, he could not longer cast his scales as often, so I killed him in less than 2 min.
