[DUPLICATE] Empyrium wrong drop rates from prospecting.

Bug description: All epic gems has lower drop rate that is should be, in some cases its huge difference, about 10 times lower... All we getting now is gem chips, sometimes green/rare gem mats, i actually didn't get a single epic gem from prospecting since start of this patch. Its ridiculous
