Bug description: The monkey ( Hozen Diver ) that i need to kill to complete the quest is stuck in the wall and doesn't move.
And there is also a monkey on top of the ship that is stuck too.

Try relogging next to the NPC, should fix the problem. I was able to do the quest fine.
