Bug description: I finished all the questline for "The Rivermane Tribe" but the last one "High Water" don't proc it.

I have the same problem. Finished all the quests but did not receive "The Rivermane Tribe" chapter/achievement. I have completed all the other chapters in Highmountain.

I can't seem to reproduce it on PTR . Try deleting cache or relogging a few times . https://imgur.com/a/mkhwkCE

I already did that, still not working, i can't recomplete the quest or something else... . And the script says it's completed. Can you reset the quest or smthing?

Open a ticket ingame and ask a GM to remove this quest from your character and re-add + complete + reward it.
