Bug description: buff doesnt proc correctly

To test this out,we gotta use 2 words,"assist" and "killing blow".The tooltip of War machine says "killing a target which can grant u exp triggers the buff".But what killing a target means?Assist into killing it or landing the final killing blow?Atm war machine only triggers by landing the killing blow not thorugh assisting which is incorrect,in 7.2.5 this got triggered thorough assisting aswell.

"Update for completeness' sake : "It is important to note that it does not require the killing blow, only having dealt damage to the target within a second of it dying." taken from wowhead changelogs.
