Bug description: Item level is not properly calculated from the relics that are equipped inside of artifact.

Try relogging with a Cache deletion and see if that changes anything.

Alright, lets try this - unequip them. Then logout and delete Cache. Then log back in and try.

Still not working properly. disabling addons and repeating the process didn't work either.

Unequip all your gear and use the unstuck option on site.
After that log in, and re equip everything. See if that works.

Still not working. likely the issue is with the relics themselves that are in the weapon not scaling properly to what the tool tips are saying.

Since you're a player that's still gearing, you will get new relic upgrades soon.
Let us know if you encounter the same problem when you equip a new relic and we'll see from there on how to fix it.
