Bug description: After using option to talk with NPC Tiffany Cartier, nothing happens, all other steps works.

Same here, I click to get the dialogue and nothing. I've already completed the rest of the quest. Its kind of unfortunate that Jewelcrafting seems to be swarmed with bugs. Between the prospecting and this very much so essential quest bug that gates you from getting 90% of the recipes, it makes being a jewelcrafter troublesome to say the least. It gives me hope that the Wow freakz team is pretty good about being on top of things though. I'm sure this will be fixed in no time.

Confirmed. Talking to Tiffany Cartier closes the dialogue window but does not give credit towards the quest. The other parts work fine.

Works fine now on the dev, just tested it, but another issue occurred. When you're ready to turn it in, you get the Black Diamond and the Diamond Lockpicks as objectives to return, but the Black Diamond itself is consumed on use to create the Diamond Lockpicks. @Miiru
