I had done everything that is required to be done to start the quest chain,but i still don't get the quest from ''Image of Kalec''.I can see him in my class hall,but he doesnt have any quests.I am paladin if it matters.

Same on me, i accepted the quest before patch but did not complete it, now i can see the image but no quest

Yes for me is the same.I think i accepted the quest before the patch but didn't complete it.And now my artifact appearence is missing.
