[DUPLICATE] [Class Hall][NPC]Loramus Thalipedes does not function

Bug description: After the patch, talking to this NPC does not open class hall upgrades menu only text window.

The NPC works fine for me. Check if you have done the scouting map mission to unlock him.

That worked for me, btw, I have a friend who has the same problem in priest class hall, she's stuck on a quest cuz she has a troop upgrade and needs non-upgraded troops for the quest, and her upgrade NPC is like mine was, anyway to fix it, what should she do? She deleted cache and everything GMs told her but NPC still just opens a text window.
