[Store] Horde Tabards not changing to Alliance

Bug description: The item (and the rest of those Tabards) are not available for Alliance, as the item describes it should change to the Alliance counterpart, but it doesn't.

Note: I guess that the easiest way to solve this is to add the Alliance tabards into the store rather than coding the automatic change. This is the second item I brought in with VP that I can't use
