Bug description:
Apparently you are supposed to be teleported to the Vindicar after accepting this Quest. This didn't happen for me. So i walked to the beacon and teleported to the Vindicar. Once i got there, the Quest was deleted from my log.
The NPC i got the Quest from, Alleria, is not there anymore.

Proof: I Still have the Quest Reward from the previous Quest. And Alleria isn't there.
