[FIXED] [Warlock] Infernals 4th skill dissapeared

Bug description: The infernal 4th passive skill dissapeared, he still emits flames arround him in combat but doesnt aggro npcs. I dont know if this is a bug or was it removed in 7.3.5 but my friend plays with a warlock and he says his infernal has the skill.

Ye can confirm, i dont have that anymore on the Infernal summoned with Grimoire of Supremacy

https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=19483&&name=immolation doesn't do damage consistently. Also SP coef seems to be wrong. It should be 45% every 2SEC
