Bug description: Basically there should be an NPC to talk with, but she's not there.

The NPC is there, but we cannot see it due to some sort of phasing with the temple of elune. I made a ticket about this but got rejected telling me the NPC is there. Same applies to the NPC Darcy Heathrow, which starts the Bradensbrook questline. We cannot make progress because of this bug.

I can't seem to reproduce it , if you find out more about what causes it to bug please provide more detailed info .
