Bug description: When trying to complete quest objective by speaking to Havi at Valdisdall in Stormheim, Havi displays no quest marker and talking to him provides no dialogue options. This questline is linked to unlocking Helarjar world quests (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=230408&name=helarjar-world-quests)

I have your problem only diference is i cant even see Havi

confirmed, i have no dialouges at havi either.

Confirmed NPC is missing or doesn't give you an option to turn in the quest.
