Bug description: All the Chi consumers listed on Freakz spell link don't cool down 100% more quickly as in the description of the spell itself. It's most demonstrative on Rising Sun Kick, Fists of Fury and Strike of the Windlord abilities. The CDs of mentioned abilities also "drop" to half even if Serenity is poped after Chi spender being used.

Hey, for me serenity works just fine. If I'm not using addons, spells' CDs tick twice as fast for the serenity duration. If I'm using OmniCC - it changes the display to half the cd and ticks once per 1 sec, so its the same but basically easier to track with other cds/buffs/debuffs. Works fine for for all the chi spenders, except one - Rushing Jade Wind, it's CD is not getting changed by serenity.
