Bug description: I need friendly reputation in stormheim so i can start doing world quests, but i fcked up quest "cry thunder", my dragon was probably killed of and i couldn't finish the quest so i abandoned it, and now i can't retake the quest because it's far up in mountains. I read somewhere that Vetir the dragon you are fling on can get you back up but it does't work. I know that this is not a bug but i don t know what to do, i don t know any people who can fly in broken isles and has mount for 2 people, i tried to get up on foot but apparently it's impossible, if somebody can help please do.

I have the same problem... my dragon was killed, abandoned quest and can't up in mountains.
