[REJECTED] Stuck in Combat (Can't get out of combat)

Bug description: I gοt this bug a few times since the update, sometimes it's impossible to get out of combat and the only way to do so is using hearthstone, a portal or forcing an exit with Alt+F4. I got this on Argus and even in AQ40 after a trash pack. Nothing invisible is attacking me and doing AOE damage isn't hitting anything.
Same has happened to my hunter but it's simpler since "Feign Death" works properly and gets me out of combat.
Cache has been deleted several times and there's a fresh installation of 7.3.5 addons.

During argus quest i had this happen too when you get in combat with mobs that phase out due to story progressing.

You can type .debugcombat if you are stuck in combat again and it will tell you which mobs are causing this bug.
Might help to fix these certain mobs.

What troubled me was that I had this happen the exact same way at AQ40 trash, a raid I've ran a million times before without any issue so I don't know if it's 100% story phasing related.
It has happened while doing Broken Shore WQs since 7.3.5, but it could be phasing related there, since there's heavy phasing taking place in quite a few areas.

Following Elvenking's advice, I ran .debugcombat inside AQ40 and was able to track what was keeping me in combat. It was just some bugs that couldn't keep up, so in Argus it's 100% phasing problems, though I didn't encounter any such problems since my last report.
