Bug description: dot does crit ticking dmg

The dot proc-ed by this enchant does crit ticking dmg,which is not supposed to.I belive it gets triggered by popping battle cry which makes the dot crit.As far as i know,dots and bleeds are not supposed to crit.Either that or the proc rate gets increased by haste.Atm,this enchant is beating hidden satyr on pure st which shouldnt be the case.Or maybe the dot is not taken into consideration as physical dmg,which should be lowered by armor.https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=190893 (wowhead link)

I was an assumption,i dont know for sure.But should the dot crit?I dont know exactly what but something is off anw,this sometimes does even 10% of ur total dmg,which is more than most trinkets do or most tier sets,coming from only a neck enchant tho.

Incorrect, the enchant should NOT crit and the proc rate is too high.
